His clinical practice is dedicated to the diagnosis and surgical treatment of disorders affecting the brain, spine, and peripheral nerves. From complex spinal surgeries to cranial procedures, Dr. Seniar’s approach is grounded in evidence-based medicine, utilizing the latest surgical technologies to ensure the best possible outcomes for his patients.

Beyond the clinic, Dr. Seniar serves as the Director of General Medical Affairs (DGMA) at the Ministry of Peshmerga Affairs (MOPA). In this capacity, he is responsible for the strategic oversight of the health and medical readiness of the Peshmerga Forces. While his clinical work focuses on the individual patient, his military role demands that he uphold the highest standards of safety, logistics, and medical governance for an entire armed force.
